April 2011AL worked with TMC over a ten day period in 2009 to review our tender procedures and provide a general external view of our business operations. March 2010TMC has transformed the way I look at our PQQ submissions to the public sector. Following their input I am relishing the challenge of picking up more public sector contracts. We have now extended TMC ’s appointment for a further 5 months.
January 2010TMC Ltd recently supported us in winning a prestigious 30m Public Sector Tender. This support included detailed preparation, presentation design of a final interview/pitch to the client. We are engaging with TMC to provide on-going tender training & support together with implementing a tender toolkit designed to reduce the amount of time we spend on tendering and to increase our tender strike rate.
